Very friendly understood my needs for my cat and we're gentle with my cat I would recommend the vets to anyone thank you
I cannot express enough superlatives in this review to cover the care and attention pets receive with Abbey House Rothwell. We've been going there over 15 years with rodents and cats. Every pet is cared for as if it were their own, and as owners we are treated kindly and warmly. I've had to have pets put down before, and their kindness and compassion was endless. Their day to day care is exceptional. We will never use a different vet.
Lovely friendly welcoming staff, very caring. They go above and beyond. They invited myself and Ted to just pop in for a chat and a treat, to help Ted familiarise himself so that he won't feel anxious when he has to come to see the vet.

I’ve had dealings with this practice for many years - and always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. My latest trip was yesterday after my collie Tara frightened the life out of me with a nasty turn. The young vet was so kind and reassuring and the receptionist was particularly friendly and welcoming. Thanks to the whole team
Vets and receptionists are all lovely and professional, never had any issues with appointments or phone calls. Unfortunately we have moved out the area now and so have had to leave but highly recommended!
Greeted by lovely receptionist and the vet took time with my dog as he's a nervous boy was well happy how they treated loki can't recommend them any more than 100%
From the moment we entered the practice the staff were professional and welcoming. For a minor procedure my elderly dog was treated with kindness and care. Excellent service all round.
Great vets with lovely friendly staff, Fiona has looked after 2 of our dogs over a 15 year period and is great with them , Parking is close by across the road on the street
I took my hamster in Tuesday 24th at 11.30 as he couldn't walk and had what I presumed was a cyst on his front paw, turned out to be a huge tumour and we had to let him go, this came as a complete shock to me as I thought it would be antibiotics and he would be back home, the receptionists went above and beyond bringing me tissues and showing my children alot of attention as she could see I was upset, she even helped me out of the door as I had my carseat and a 2 year old. She reassured me and made me feel so much better about the situation, the vet himself was really polite and let me down as gently as he possibly could! The 3 staff members made my experience much more bareable! I didn't catch any of their names unfortunately but I'd just like to say thanks again! ❤️
