I needed to get my caravan serviced at short notice and managed to get midlands mobile leisure to book a day . They contacted me day before to confirm appointment.The engineer contacted me on route and arrived on time. Service was done quickly and efficiently by the engineer. Additional work was required,parts were ordered and work completed next day . All work was carried out professionally and everything explained clearly. Christmas disaster and the own Paul came to the rescue!!!! We are away in our Swift challenger with a trauma system. We asked for advice and Paul came to the rescue. He gave his time in diagnosing the problem and fixing. He’s extremely professional and very experienced in caravans, especially the trauma systems. Saved Christmas by giving us hot water and heating. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Highly recommend. Thank you once again!!!!!
Absolutely fantastic service from this company. I cannot thank him enough for helping me with issue with my truma heating system. My new caravan I bought for my children for Christmas had me in tears because I had no heating. And he had it done within 5 minutes on Christmas eve. Thankyou so much we will be sleeping in it tonight x
We recently had our Coachman serviced by Midland Mobile Leisure, the first time we have used a mobile service, I wont be using a main dealer again, Nick did a fantastic job, very thorough, he even shown us how the dealer had cut corners on replacing the brakes. We recieved a full and detailed report on absolutely everything, we will definately be using these guys in the future. Job well done at a great price.
