   Excellent quality work and exceptional service. Sorted my car repair after being hit by a van when 38 weeks pregnant and they were amazing throughout the whole process (so much so that I asked them to quote and repair some other damage prior to the car accident work). What I really valued was the clarity of the quote and when there was a change in cost for materials, they were upfront before work began and made sure I was aware of it. Can’t recommend them enough!

   Many people have recommend BBR in the past, from friends to even my own patients. Unfortunately someone nudged my car in standstill traffic and left a dent in my bumper. The team was very good in getting back to me with a quote and the repair was done within two days. They even washed and hoovered the car, I was really impressed with the work - I can't even tell where the bump is. Very reasonably priced and you can tell how popular the garage is as the car repairs were backed up around the corner.

   Delightfully friendly and what a service!!! We had our car repaired after "someone" reversed into a post. The price was less than half of a close by rival. But the job is perfection! It looks like a brand new car. Not only do they repair to the highest standard you could wish for, but they prepare the car like it would be in a showroom for you. It really is something very special. I shall be singing their praises every chance I get. But that's not all of it. I met two absolutely delightful ladies there. Both Lucca and Mave were so welcoming, so friendly and have all the time in the world to make sure you are happy with your repair. Honestly, I couldn't be any happier. Thank you so much BBR.    What a terrific experience I had here. I’m a florist and knocked my van bumper on a security post at my mum’s house. I couldn’t hardly open the van’s back door because of how the bumper had been knocked out of shape and pushed up, meaning I was struggling to do my deliveries. I was highly recommended BBR and so glad I was! I took the van over and as quick as anything the bumper was remoulded to enable me to get on with my days work and get my delivery’s done without letting anyone down and disturbing my business.    Bridgette handled my repair along with the BBR team. She was very accommodating and friendly, she helped a very stressed and anxious business owner (myself). Navigate a stubborn (non-fault) insurance claim, someone rear ended me. Need two new van doors. They adapted the service provided exceptionally well. Provided me a hire van. For my dog business, so I could carry on working. Can’t fault this provider. The insurance wanted to salvage my van. But nothing actually was wrong with my van.    Long story short had a couple of repairs done by this company and after closer inspection the quality is poor as I had a deep scratches and lacquer peal and they didn’t prep the car properly and painted over it so the imperfections are still there but with just a extra layer of paint over it also the finish is poor to say the least the finish is so flat that is hardly shows a reflection and to top it off the colour doesn’t match so after contacting them to get this rectified and driving over an hour to get this, the paint just needs mopping witch it really doesn’t the job needs redoing so now I’m going have to take it else where and spend more money fixing the poor work they did
