    I had to take time out for more than 1 appointment with JSM which JSM cancelled with little notice. When they eventually did make it over, the discussion was rushed and unhelpful. I have now waited a week for a quote for the works, only to be told they are unable to provide a quote because of staffing issues, which sounds more than bizarre. From my experience, JSM have shown themselves to be an unprofessional, uncourteous, and unreliable outfit. Will not recommend.
