   Tom came out today 17th October 25 to carry out a full service on our caravan. As normal Tom was early, very polite and professional and very organised. I have been using carafix for a while now and wouldn't use anyone else. Any issues Mark and Tom will always go out of thier way to help or advise. Thank you Tom, fantastic job as normal. Very highly recommended.

   Brilliant! We discovered a gas leak on our caravan as we were setting up at the beginning of our holiday…disaster!    Just had my annual service and damp report completed by Mark and his son Tom on my touring Caravan. My first time using Cara Fix  they Arrived promptly, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service, very thorough, spotless and detailed. Guided me through all the findings and some actions that  required Monitoring. Would highly recommend I have already booked them for my service next year.

   Just had a service done with Mark and his son at Cara-Fix Midlands, we're first time caravan owners and they were so friendly and professional, walked us through the service and advised us on multiple things which was very informative and helpful (which is great as first timers). Really trustworthy. I love that they are an approved Service Centre and also Swift approved. Will never go anywhere else and highly recommend Cara-Fix Midlands.

   Mark and his son Tom changed the brakes today on my 2019 Swift Alpine 4 SR caravan. After showing me the problems, they talked me through what they would be doing and why before they carried out work. They were both very precise, detailed and professionally completed their work to a very high standard. Would highly recommend their company to anyone needed work and have already booked my future service for next year with them. Overall very pleased with a great job done.
