Have used this company half a dozen times and, despite a number of problems with their office, which isn't particularly efficient, once wanted gas boiler repair & they sent a plumber who "didn't do boilers" & another time they went to number 48 - we live at 84 - the work they have done has always been good! However, last time they came the work done was not acceptable! Leaking outside tap - came very late & only after I phoned to ask where they were - said tap needed moving and he would "come back in the summer & move it!" Not acceptable to me so he offered to put isolation valve on, which I accepted. Did job and went, telling me to phone in March/April to arrange appointment to move tap! Found when he'd gone, water pipe not re-connected to tap, so unusable and water not turned back on! Very poor service! Next day company sent invoice for £72 - fair enough for doing whole job, but job they were booked to do was not done - just a temporary repair! It'll cost the same or more to complete, so total job will cost about £200! Extortionate & unnecessary since it could have been done this time! 2 emails that I sent to them ignored which suggest contempt for customers! Lousy service & won't be using them again!
I had a problem with my boiler and they came straight out. They advised me on what was best to do even though some of the advise would not have benefited them or their company. They also tried to offer alternative solutions for me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well Informed. I will definitely be using them for anything that I need in the future and thank you for being so kind.
They changed our radiator in our downstairs bedroom and repaired our boiler and serviced it. Very good job excellent at communicating and understanding of disabled people. Would definitely use them again.
