Bought a citizen watch couple of weeks ago and the pin fell out of the strap with in days of purchase. We went back and asked if they could sort it out under the guarantee agreement, but palmed us off saying they had no pins there to sort it. Guarantee what Guarantee. Won't be buying from Ernest jones in future.
Had a great experience with the staff, they showed me and my partner a ton of different rings to try on and was extremely patient with us, we have a much clearer idea of what to go for now and the credit agreements here are definitely attractive, would recommend it whole heartedly!
What a friendly shop and it was lovely to be acknowledged by the staff as soon as I entered which is rare nowadays. I was looking at an item and was served by the amazing Caroline, covering from the Birmingham branch. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond with her service, even explaining when she was next there should I need any additional help. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very patient! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Went in for a Boss watch and found exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly, patient, and informative. Felt like a valued customer, and nothing was too much trouble. Both Caroline and her manager ( didn't catch her name, sorry) made the experience a pleasure. Many stores could take a leaf from their book on how to treat customers. Thank you both.
I was looking for a very specific model of watch for my Dad's 70th birthday. I didn't have a great deal of time to spare but Debbie the manager who served me was so lovely, incredibly friendly staff, and was able to sort me out with the exact watch for a good price. Picked up a beautiful Le Vian ring today from the Ernest Jones store in Touchwood Solihull. Amazing quality my girlfriend was thrilled. And both the assistants were so very professional and kind in their service.
Excellent, friendly service. We purchased a gold wedding band a few week ago. Caroline was so helpful and friendly, and gave very good advice on sizing the ring. We were contacted by email and phone when the ring arrived. The ring fitted perfectly and it was all a very pleasant purchasing experience.
