   I went in with my partner and was treated with disrespect. Was told the rings are sterling silver but had another jeweler who said it was silver plated and not hallmarked correctly. When asked about the quality of the ring, the woman got very defensive and hostile. The ring started to peel and so is definitely not sterling silver like advertised. Would not recommend

   Would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Avoiddd! Awful customer service. I went in regards to a bracelet that I had some issues with. The manager was unable to speak with any respect whatsoever. I was spoken over and she came cross really aggressive. I wasn't heard and just felt embarrassed and bullied as I left the sore. I've bought countless pieces of jewelry from Warren James before, but this will definitely be the last! My husband who accompanied me was disgusted by the way I was treated too. Please have some staff training on treating customers with kindness.

   Rude staff will never go there again. Rubbish Customer service they all just stand there like zombies like they don’t give a damn about their job. They need to learn how to crack a smile.

   went earlier today with my friend, we’ve been before a few months ago and staff were so lovely, today the customer service was just not it. a blonde foreign-speaking lady made both myself and my friend feel very uncomfortable as she threw backhanded, aggressive rude comments towards us while giving us dirty looks while rolling her eyes when my friend had an inquiry. big up to usual staff who are excellent with customer service, but me and my friend who are both just 17 year olds shouldn’t have faced such awful customer service - it wouldn’t kill you to have good customer service especially if you’d actually like to keep your job and give the store a good reputation!!

   I went to exchange the ring size for my niece the woman there was so rude, she said it’s been worn and then she said it’s not the same size on the receipt, she was implying that it wasn’t even theirs! I was furious, she then said they don’t have the size I needed and instead got me to pay £35 more for another ring in the size I needed! Very bad service, caused me so much stress! wouldn’t recommend them or even go there again!

   Went with my daughter in law to get her wedding ring and it was closed for staff training Why!! In the middle of the day and we weren't the only one's to be surprised they were closed Went to a different jewellers

   My jewellery wasn't polished to its full potential, the staff were rude and said that a specific necklace would not suit my sheep back in wales. this has upset me but I will be willing to try it as long as it doesn't offend me or my sheep again
