Outstanding Service from Hina (30th November) l wanted to share my appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Hina, the Assistant Manager. Hina, went above and beyond whilst helping my daughter return and exchange some items she had received for her birthday. Hina, was patient, warm, and incredibly professional, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as customers. Thank you, Hina, your outstanding service made our visit memorable and you are a real credit to the Swarovski team.

FABULOUS PRODUCT & OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped in to see if a bracelet I had received as a gift a few years ago could be repaired. (It was missing a couple of crystals). It had unfortunately been discontinued & as it was over 2 yrs old, wasn’t under guarantee. However, the lovely lady who served me, offered to replace it -with a gorgeous updated version- with just a minimal surplus to pay. Result = one delighted & loyal customer who will continue to buy Swarovski products.

Dealt with Amrit today. Rather arrogant, minimal words spoken and really quite rude, forced to provide email to activate 2 year guarantee as she stated a paper copy was not sufficient. Begrudgingly gave my email and requested no marketing permissions. Low and behold half an hour later I get a marketing email! This experience was sub par and if it wasn't a gift for my other half I would've left it at the till given the attitude and approach.

I visited the store today with an issue with a faulty bracelet I'd had only a month.. The female assistant was extremely rude, condescending unprofessional.She treated me like a criminal. I was absolutely gobsmacked by her attitude. The manager was helpfull though. Perhaps some customer Service retraining for that assistant.

Having purchased some earings and finding they were not fit for purpose (the design would not allow me to insert them) I took them back to the shop. The assistant said she would only exchange? After explaining my consumer rights that they were not fit for purpose she then said she would on this occasion refund although she shouldn’t and it was my ears that were at fault!! If she had not been so rude about refunding I would have shopped again (the earings were not cheap at £135). Having walked away I appreciated the refund but not the tone I was spoken in. One lost customer.
