   After having a lot of trouble with enterprise through my insurance after a bump, IRG Kings Norton contacted me to book in my repair and sorted me a courtesy car themselves. They collected my car from my workplace and fixed my bumper the same day! Had my car back within a few hours, everyone I dealt with at IRG were amazing. Anthony was such a lovely guy and made the experience very smooth and easy. My car now looks brand new again! Highly recommend these guys!

   Fantastic service from the get go. Anthony was very helpful when picking up my car and made sure I got the appropriate follow up information. He really went above and beyond to ensure I got a courtesy car on time. Anyone I spoke to from the garage were really nice and professional. I got offered a cup of tea by 3 different team members.

   I had my X6 repaired through insurance with IRG Kings Norton. I have to admit I was slightly nervous as I got really high standards when it comes to quality, but all was reassured when I picked my car up today. Had a crash with a barrier during the horrible snow we got and I was out to work as I am a keyworker. The quality of the repair is absolutely impeccable! The car looks like new! The turnover time was good, communication was good, I cannot fault anything. Iulia was always updating me regarding the work or the deadline and the rest of the guys there are true professionals. I would totally recommend them for any repairs, minor or major, because of the quality and the decent/realistic prices they charge for the work (BMW quoted me nearly double to have it repaired). Thank you very much!
