   I visited the store on Christmas Eve to buy a present for my sister and was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from one staff member. From the start, her body language was closed off and unwelcoming, and her verbal communication was very poor. She appeared uninterested, as though she didn’t want to be there, and made no effort to listen to what I was saying. When I asked for a larger size, she misunderstood me and abruptly replied, “Well that’s the only size we do.” I politely asked again, and she responded with a snigger and said, “Well that’s what we have.” I then clarified that I was looking for one size bigger for my sister’s present, to which she replied, “Well you never said that,” despite the fact that I had. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. When I asked if she was tired or fed up, she rolled her eyes and became visibly irritated. This experience left me feeling disheartened and uncomfortable, which is not what you expect when shopping for a gift—especially at Christmas. The staff member involved clearly needs support and training in basic customer service skills, including communication, professionalism, and respect for customers. I know the individual’s name but have chosen not to include it here. I would be happy for Pandora to contact me directly so I can provide further details to help improve the service going forward.

   Absolutely horrendous services today, understood that it is the Christmas rush but there is no reason why they should speak to customers like that and as someone who works within retail I would never dream of treating my customers like this Lady with no hair had an attitude problem and could have been more polite An older lady who asked us to stand in the queue was also very condescending and could have spoke in a different tone All in all absolutely miserable people and after I found what I wanted I purchased from a different branch as didn’t feel comfortable

   WORST SERVICE. If you don’t like your job quite! Got served by a lady called “kylie” who’s customer service was disgusting. Always shop at this Pandora, but this lady’s attitude and customer service was shocking, could not be bothered to do her job to start with and then when she had no choice, is then rude and unprofessional. Avoid going to her if you do shop here :)

   Went in to see if they'd exchange two rings that my partner had received as birthday presents, as they were both too large. Young lady (Tonii) who served us could not have been more helpful. Very busy store in a prime position opposite John Lewis, as was evident by the people patiently waiting by the 'Queue here' sign.
