   Went into the store recently. Upon arrival, I felt like I was being watched. Almost felt like it was a discriminate reason (I’m a Muslim woman who wears the headscarf). I felt I was being watched whilst browsing the store, like I was going to steal? I just felt eyes on me from walking in. I promptly left, and will not be returning as I was made to feel uncomfortable throughout the whole time there.

   Somaya Pierced my thirds for me yesterday and it was the best customer service I’ve experienced. she was lovely, chatty and really helpful. She also made the experience really comfortable as I was really nervous

   Needs a big improvement. Staff members not the shop. I think customer service training on how to deal with customers in a respectful way also a lesson on how not to judge or stereotype customers before they even had a chance to walk in to the shop.

   I visited the Lovisa outlet to browse for some jewelry but decided not to make a purchase as I wanted to return with my husband. Upon entering, I was greeted by an assistant who appeared to be of South Asian descent, but the welcome was not very warm. The atmosphere in the shop felt unpleasant throughout my visit. When I mentioned that I would be returning later, the assistant inquired about when I would be back, giving off a slightly indifferent vibe. I mentioned possibly coming back tomorrow, to which she reluctantly agreed. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, and I have no intention of revisiting this outlet. The assistant's behavior made me feel like she may have been discriminatory.

   The girl with the long blonde hair who works at this shop was so lovely, and gave good advice about which cartilage piercings to get as I’d got ones that were too thick before. She was really nice and happy to help, great customer service.
