   Went to this store to buy a emerald and diamond pendant for my wife's birthday, cost was 700 pounds...now I know both sales people were busy but they have left me standing there like a lemon...three times the lady sales attendant walked passed me and said nothing to me...all she needed to say was we will be with you as soon as possible and I would have been happy but no ,just completely ignored me...after about 10 minutes I walked out...I will spend my money elsewhere....

   I bought an expensive watch here today. I first looked at it yesterday, I needed time to think about it and I came back on my own to make the purchase. While I do appreciate the product, I didn’t enjoy receiving multiple follow-up calls and voice mails, it felt quite pushy. That said, the selection of jewellery and watches is nice, and I’m happy with the watch I purchased. Just don't leave your number.

   Fantastic Personel service. After looking online for a Hugo Boss watch for my sons 21st birthday. We both went off to have a look at watches to get an idea for one. After selecting a choice of 3 watches the team helped my son decide. We got an excellent discount with a price match along with some cooling refreshments while my son had the watch fitted. Buying online in this day and age has its advantages but nothing beats the personal service my son and I recieved for a special purchase. Many Thanks. Janette

   We originally nipped in just to get an idea of engagement rings I might like — but we walked out with the perfect ring! The entire team on the shop floor in Solihull were so friendly and welcoming, but we’d especially like to mention how wonderful Lauren was. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way on our journey to find the ring. She went above and beyond, pulling out endless options for us to try on and patiently answering the hundreds of questions we had. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Lauren was professional, friendly, comforting, and genuinely caring — she’s truly an asset to the team. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Lauren, for all your help. We’ll definitely be back in the future for more stunning jewellery!

   Went in today 30/12/2022. As I finally treated myself to a Tag watch. Both the branch manager Mo & Tasneem (I hope I’ve got the names right) were superb. Both informative & very friendly. There was no pressure to buy, they just helped me by answering all my questions & let me make my own mind up. They made my time & experience of buying a top end watch very enjoyable & special. Thank you to them both!!!!

   I went in, there were 4 people in there, one Touchwood guy and 3 assistants all talking. One assistant was sat down facing me. I stood with my husband showing we were interested in talking to them but were completely ignored!!! At las the Touchwood guy turned round and I said they don't want to serve me, he just stared at and so di the assitants. We left! We were going to buy some earrings bt will shop else where!!! So rude!!!

   Great jeweler. Good variety. Service is really friendly instore. I did take my watch in for repair, and failed to receive a phonecall to advise that it was ready 3 weeks prior to me calling them for an update, but it was still within the 12 week period that they advised to wait.

   My partner and i purchased my engagement + wedding ring today at Fraser Harts Solihull Branch. Lauren looked after us during our visit and she was really friendly and helpful. Lauren was incredibly patient with us whilst deciding what we wanted and we didn't feel under any pressure which was really nice. We were really happy with our purchase and would definitely visit again.

   We bought a diamond ring from Fraser Hart Solihull. A very pleasant experience, not just the ring but the service we received from this branch was amazing. Special mention of Tas & Mo, they were highly customer focused had a very good understanding of customers taste for jewellery. They were friendly and made the transaction comfortable for us. Big thanks to them for a lovely birthday card and sweets, good gesture from the team. Will definitely visit Tas & Mo again for future purchases from Solihull branch.
