I was there today about 4pm or just after. I just wish I had taken down the name of the lady who served me. She was brilliant (A*) service, she gave me time to think which item to buy, out of 4 that I saw. I ended up buying 3 instead of one. Thank you!!!!! This was at Solihull branch Touchwood
I had a fantastic experience at Crystal Chain in Solihull! The store offers a wide variety of silver jewellery. The staff are friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable.
Nice jewellery at decent prices but marked down due to refund policy. Once they've got your money, you're not getting back unless the item is faulty. This is fine if you're buying for yourself but buying as a gift can turn the shopping experience into a game of Russian Roulette! I much prefer to shop at other well known High Street jewellers where I can spend with a bit more confidence.
I bought a bracelet some months ago which recently broke, I was given a direct replacement without question. Would shop her again and recommend.

This is my go to place in solihull, I love the quality and the price for what you get is amazing. On the one occasion I had to ask for a replacement chain as mine had broken and there were no questions asked just dealt with quickly and professionally. They always have new things in and the staff are just so lovely. I can see why you're still there after all these years, I even got my wedding stuff from here
