   We were very impressed with NRM Heating from initial enquiry to installation. We had the whole heating system replaced for a Combi boiler and 4 new radiators. They were always professional and it was an extremely high standard of work. I would recommend NRM.

   Had a new boiler installed in March and from beginning to end, NRM Heating we're extremely professional and great to work with. They talked us through our boiler options and other work that needed to be done. The quote arrived the next day, and Neil arrived 2 days later to complete the work. Neil was extremely polite, professional and tidy. The kitchen looked like we hadn't had any work done in there at all! Neil was friendly and very willing to answer any questions we had. Shortly after the installation, all our documents and warranties were emailed over to us by Wendy! And that was is it, done! Couldn't recommend this company enough, fantastic experience!    The service we received was brilliant everything qouted was what we received, Neil explained our options in boilers to suit our cost he also installed a new radiator for us whilst he was here. I have now recommended NRM to my mother who has booked in to have her boiler done. Would definitely use again.

   Our heating system was installed by NRM Heating Systems Ltd over 10 years ago organised by our builders. Following this the company undertook the annual service until we were outside the warranty. A couple of weeks ago I had a disaster. Sunday evening prior to going to bed noticed the carpet was wet outside the cupboard where the boiler lives. On opening the door water was running from the boiler. I phoned Neil on his mobile in an absolute panic. He talked me through how to turn the water off at the boiler & said he would come the following morning at 10am to have a look. As promised he called, found out the problem was a small washer and went to nearby merchant to purchase the part. All up & working within a couple of hours. I have always found both Neil & Wendy polite, helpful & the job Neil undertakes is first class. I would strongly recommend this company to family & friends. In fact I have done to my next door neighbour two days ago.

   The staff are always calm, polite and helpful, and Neil is always on time to appointments. He carries out all work professionally at a very reasonable cost and offers advice without any pressure to have work done. We have used NRM for some years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
