   I had an amazing experience shopping for bridal jewellery thanks to Pawun and Manpreet. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They patiently helped me match every piece together and worked so hard to make sure the entire set looked perfect. They even went out of their way to find an extra piece to complete the look, and didn’t stop until I was completely happy. I spent over an hour in the store, and not once did they rush me or lose their patience. Their dedication, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their help — highly recommend this shop and especially Pawun and Manpreet for their outstanding service!

   I visited this shop today and I am so happy I came here I got all my wedding jewellery from here my mehndi, reception everything from here. It’s a one stop solution for every outfit u got. They got wide selection of jewellery sets and the best part is they do alternations at same time as well. Best best shop in Birmingham if u ever wanted any jewellery just visit Laffaire.    I came here to get my bridal jewellry and Pavan & Manpreet served me. I got a beautiful bridal set for a very good price. Definitely best jewlery store in Soho Road, the best in Birmingham tbh. I have been Coming here for years and will continue to come here. They helped me so much and customised the set and made it exactly how I want.
