Lovely friendly staff nice atmosphere and very professional. We have three dogs and a cat and have always had good knowledgeable service.
Everything went very well, Rafa had his check up, weighed, worm/tick tabs and his anal glands emptied, he behaved well & the Vet was very kind & gentle with him, so he won't mind going back next time!

I absolutely adore my veterinarian and the lovely receptionists at this vet. They have looked after my two cats for 15years of their life and my new kitten also. Thankyou for looking after my cats, performing neuters at the recommended ages, giving them all microchips, calming them at their regular checkups you offer and ensuring I have access to all my options regarding the care of one of my regularly medicated cats to make sure she got the best care she needed. They have been amazing and I am so sad I'm moving away and cannot stay with them longer. Thankyou to the medivet team for looking after my pets all these years!
Would not consider changing my vet from medivet Harrogate. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The vet remembers my cats past treatment, he is to the point and helpful. I have zero complaints!
I took my Great Dane here tonight… I must say this is an absolutely amazing vets. The receptionists were absolutely fab, the reception area was lovely, clean and bright. And the vet himself, what can I say but absolutely phenomenal. I moved my Dane here after being miss treated by the last vets and prescribed unnecessary drugs. He was absolutely terrified of vets and today he coped so well the vet was kind, understanding and compassionate towards him and his overall experience of being treated there was second to none. I’d definitely highly recommend.
Absolutely disgusting service. Very rude receptionist taking more money than they should but didn't care about that...couldn't make certain appointments due to my son been in and out of hospital and got nothing but rudeness about it. ABSOLUTELY AVOID.
Fantastic service from this vets. Had very understanding end of life care for my family pet, and equally accommodating welcome to my new pets. Good transparency of prices, nothing hidden, unlike others nearby. Offering a more personal experience for your pet and family members. Thanks guys x
Medivet are an absolute disgrace. I rented a cage for £50 for my tomcat as he had a poorly paw. Overnight I changed my mind so told the receptionist could she refund my money on my card. The receptionist said that only head office could do refunds so one of the vets sent an email. One week later and despite many calls head office still had not give me my money back. I couldn’t fault the receptionists in Harrogate and the vet but this company is shocking.. Eventually I come to the end of my tether after being really patient and threatened legal action. I eventually got head offices phone number from the receptionist and they put the money back on my card. I asked them for an apology but they couldn’t have cared less. If you decide to use this company I would recommend buying the medication on line because their mark up is shocking. The vets themselves where nice and the receptionists professional but In my opinion please avoid. This company is only in it for money and you the owner should be ashamed of yourself!!!!
