They were unable to offer me an appointment that day but made arrangements to be seen at a nearby Medivet practice an hour later. Excellent service. Oakbeck vets diagnosed possible wasp sting.”

I recently returned from Croatia and was quite literally in bagggage reclaim when I got a call to say my father had died that morning. He had lived alone in Chester and I had to go there. Of course we were supposed to pick Bubba up and I knew the kennels were very busy. Nonetheless when I explained the circumstances they could not have been more helpful and sympathetic - Bubba could stay longer. That was enormously helpful and very much appreciated.
