   Honestly, I'm so grateful for taking my dog here in a panic and extremely worried! Reception ladies were so calm and made me feel at ease. Even with no appointment I was seen within 20 minutes by the owner! He was fabulous, not only did he help solve my main worry but helped me through little concerns! It was clear how much he cared, and I was so thankful for all the help me and my precious dog was given!

   Absolutely abominable - they misdiagnosed my dog, fortunately I didn’t trust their opinion and chose to take her to a proper vet where it was confirmed she had cancer and caught it just in time so we could take action to save her. Had I taken their word for it then we would have lost our dog. The other vet checked her history of notes and they hadn’t even cared to log anything on it. Shameful.

   All my animals have been with Fernando and the team since day one. We have had many emergancies over the years but no more scary than a couple of weeks ago, when my 5 yr old dog became very ill. I rang the vets saturday morning, bloods were done, operation for pyometra was booked for monday. The care scooby recieved was incredible, and they even managed to keep me calm(ish) We have recently got a new puppy and i have all the confidence that they will look after her just as well as they have for my dog and cat. The complete care and love they have for the animals is heartwarming to see. From the receptionist to the vets, i would like to say, thank you, for loving my babies just as much as me!

   Clarissa is a wonderful vet. She immediately calmed our worries and set about helping our wee girl, Keevah the cat. Great staff, wonderfully clean premises and super level of care. Highly recommended!

   Amazing service from this vets this morning after my dog was hit by a car on a country walk nearby but a long way from where I live. They sped into action like something off an A&E drama, sorted out my pooch who was thankfully just a bit bruised and calmed down a rather hysterical pet mum. Thank you so much for your calm, professional and compassionate manner in our moment of trauma

   I had to take my dog without an appointment as he had been attacked quite badly by another dog. We were seen immediately and he was treated very well by a very friendly vet so I was very pleased with the service. However I think the bill was extortionate.
