   We had to have our beautiful Springer, Dottie put to sleep yesterday and Sean(?) the Vet couldn’t have been kinder. He explained he thought we were making the right decision and had never seen a 15 year old Springer. Also let us know every step of the procedure as we said goodbye to our beautiful girl. The ladies on the reception were exceptional too. Thank you all. John and Veronica Pawson

   The expertise and care from all members of the team is exceptional. We have had to deal with difficult admin of moving pets to Australia and Harrogate Vet were so on top of everything and took so much care taking bloods from our very nervous dog. We've taken our cat for mystery illnesses before and they take the time to examine and diagnose and talk through treatment plans. I've been to a handful of vets over the years with both the dog and cat and Harrogate Vets is the best by far.

   Having had no luck with another local vet, we rushed our cat who was having extreme difficulty breathing over to the Harrogate vets. Straight away, they knew exactly what was wrong rushing for a scan and got her immediately on everything she needed: drips, medication, and a drain into her chest. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They kept a really good eye on her and everyone bonded and fell in love with our little Tigerlily. I can’t say enough good things about them!

   V. Prompt (was fortunate to get in within 2 hrs. Of phoning up.) Receptionist was friendly attentive and keen to engage you, and your pet with treats. Dog's water bowl was full and conveniently placed under the receptionist desk by the entrance. Vet Shaun was knowledgeable Inc. about herbal remedies, warm and approachable, immediately befriending my dog and putting her at ease. A highly recommended practice.

   Wonderful, local vets who really love their animals. Staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. Alf, our dog, is still happy to rush in even after his procedure; I think the treats at the front desk help! Moved here from a larger practice and would never go back. Highly recommend them.

   Can't praise The Harrogate Vet enough. Our cat is very nervous and not been to a vets previously. The staff were fantastic. Very caring and took the time to explain everything fully and made us feel welcome. Our cat needed some dental work which meant an anaesthetic so naturally we were worried. They did everything to put our minds at rest that she would be ok. They called us after the operation to let us know it went ok then after we got our baby home they called to check up on her. An absolutely brilliant service. Follow up appointments were also included in the service. Brilliant

   What a great place, we're extremely happy to have found them! Lovely staff, so helpfull and professional, nothing is too much trouble! Made our cat feel calm and looked after her so well, we travel from Boroughbridge which is quite stressful for her as she doesn't like being in the car, but with the lovely calm atmosphere and the way staff approach her she was very happy, as are we! It took us a while to find a vet practice we'd be happy with and we highly reccomend them to all pet owners, best vets around!
