   Fortunately we didn’t need to visit Wagtails very often but when we did we were very pleased with the care from all the staff. Sadly we needed end of life help for our gorgeous little dog of 17yrs last week. It was done with as much dignity as could be on this heart breaking decision. We opted for cremation & a basic return pack as we wanted to scatter her ashes. I have just returned from Wagtails picking up the ashes. Not knowing what to expect. I was presented with a beautiful bag & box of high quality from a delightful staff member who was very sympathetic & kind. On opening the box there was a lovely hand written card signed by all the staff, a certificate of an individual cremation & a beautiful box containing the ashes. This awful time has been made so much easier by this amazing service ❤️

   Our experience with Wagtails from the beginning has been wonderful. The team is exceptionally caring and warm, a huge relief for us when bringing our little guy Ollie in. We always feel well taken care of and they are always keeping us updated and informed. Our kitty is on his way to recovery all thanks to the lovely team at this practice.

   We took our cat in after some concern for her leg. She's very elderly but well loved. This vet simply said she needs to be put to sleep which obviously was not our first choice. So, we opted to take her home for a second opinion before making such a huge and impactful decision. As a result this vet reported us to the RSPCA who visited our home today. They agreed we were making the right choice and were within our rights to do so. The other vet was shocked at your conduct. I'm absolutely apauled at this practice and will not EVER be using them again. I urge anyone reading this not to visit this practice. They'll punish you for not letting them kill your animal! Disgusting

   I cant fault this vet practice at all. They took care of my old girl back in 2020 when she had cancer and were so amazing with her and the care. They talk to the animals as well as the owners and its lovely to see their interaction with them. When my cat had acid thrown on her again they were amazing. They treated her according and did everything they could and we still have her and shes still loving. Now they care for my 2 boys. I wouldnt want anyone else to treat my fur babies

   I have used Wagtails for a while now for all my animals. Staff are very friendly and helpful the vets are amazing and helped me in many ways to do with a condition our cat has..prices are reasonably and unlike some vets they not overpriced and will not try sell you something you pet will not need and if something is cheaper online then buying it from them they tell you they do not rip u off they are care more about the animals than trying to bleed your bank dry. I would certainly recommend Wagtails to anyone who is thinking of joining with a new or existing pet.
