Bought my daughter in for her ears to be pierced and Kirby was amazing. She explained the procedure and also the aftercare carefully and took her time to have a laugh and make sure daughter was happy and relaxed. Kirby is friendly and fun and goes above and beyond in her job which really stands out in retail staff today. 10/10 experience.

I brought my daughter in a couple of days ago to have her ears pierced as it was a wish of hers. We met Kirby and from the second we met her it was nothing other than a wonderfully positive experience. Kirby went above and beyond with her customer service skills and is a real credit to the company! Kirby explained in thorough detail what would happen during and after the piercing. She spoke on such a warming and cool level with my daughter it instantly made her feel special and at ease. They had such a laugh together and it really made my daughter’s Day. Kirby was attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable and she really seems to genuinely enjoy her job, which is rare to come across in retail.
We visited the store in Tamworth this morning to look for a watch for my birthday. The assistant, Sue, was very friendly and helpful. I chose a beautiful watch at an extremely reasonable price. Hi i went to samuals to buy wedding gifts for my future wife, the service i got of amanda was amazing, she took time to show me various items of jewelery and is very clued up on the differant styles and how they would look, the whole experiance with amanda took away any stress i had she is very pleasent and an asset to the company, id say she is worth alot more than she gets paid , well done amanda thank you

I really like H. Samuel in the Ankerside in Tamworth. I took my watch in on Friday 10th February for a replacement battery and new strap. I was greeted by Amanda and her colleague, both friendly and approachable. Amanda, started filling out the necessary paperwork and understood the sentimental of my watch, as I explained the story behind it. She took great care in noting down every intricate detail about it. Amanda gave me price and a possible collection date. I feel justified in leaving my watch in safe hands and looking forward to its return.
