   The vets reception staff are poor and rude sent me threatening emails which i saved and passed to to citizens advice which they are dealing with it 2 vets got my rabbits sex wrong but yet the nurse got it spot on how do you trust anyone these days on what they telling you as all they do is lie also very expensive £125 each to get my rabbits neutered but yet found another private vet and it's only £70 each how can they justify this it's the same operation??? I found JOLLEYS is a cheap store compared to here they sell the exact same products and brands but fir way cheaper!!!!!

   The staff at the Cortonwood store are knowledgeable and more than happy to help with queries. It is a decent sized store with plenty of choice. If I am unable to get exactly what I am looking for, there is usually an alternative product available. The store is nice and clean, when a pup has an accident, it is cleaned up quickly without any fuss

   Fish products supply was a little poor only 3 or 4 bags of each type of gravel, needed at least 8 for my tank so could do with more stock on the shelves. Also after spending over 70 on stuff an offer of a bag would have been handy instead of me struggling with bags of gravel, plants and bags of fish. The 5 mins you spent trying to push a vio card on me was not appreciated either. I understand it will be target based and pushed onto the staff so no beef with them. Otherwise fine place to shop will be back again for fish once tank cycles as fish stock looked good and healthy.

   Very bad service, the beautician said my little boy hair knot. Thay need to eliminate them all. I was said ok. May be my problem. But On my next visit, They tried to remove the head again. My boy was very unhappy in the last process. So I chose another store. S730AY. The price is very cheap than here . And solved our problem.service is very very good. never come pets at home again!
