Ronnie had an absolutely wonderful time here, he seemed quite content to stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so attentive and caring devoting so much time to each dog. We would have no hesitation in coming here again.
We took our German shepherd and Hungarian vizsla to Long Meadow pet hotel, we were apprehensive as we haven’t used boarding kennels for years. The dogs trot off without a backward glance and on pick up weren’t even that fussed to see us! The staff are absolutely lovely and gave tips and sent me links on certain items I could use. Such a great place. I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending to anyone. Can’t wait for the boys to go again. Thank you so much!

We have been using Longmeadow for our dog, Bella for a number of years now. We have found the service to be friendly and efficient. The kennels are clean, welcoming and inviting. We always have peace of mind when on holiday, knowing that Bella is being well looked after. We also love how photos are posted on Facebook as it's such a lovely touch, being able to get updates.
Have taken my two cats here for years and (whilst I have now lost my lovely Lizzie now) they always took exemplary care of both of them and loved them both so much that when they're away from home they didn't miss their fusses and cuddles. The cattery is always warm and furnished for the enjoyment and relaxation of the cats. Whilst not the cheapest place they are most certainly one of the best in terms of care and attention, friendliness and nature to both customers and their fur babies. Highly recommended.
I would absolutely recommend Longmeadow to anyone. Our 1 year old energetic pointer has been going since he was about 20 weeks old. They were very understanding of how nervous we were to send him to day care and were so reassuring. We always get a full run down of how his day has been and they understand how to deal with a larger breed puppy. They don't mix all the dogs so there is no risk of the pups upsetting each other. The dogs are introduced on lead over time and become good play pals. My dog is always so tired when he's been in day care because he runs and plays in the massive enclosed field with the ladies. I'm sure he has the best time. We even boarded Rudi for a week after being so pleased with his daycare and they were so good, I'm sure he didn't want to come home. They are fine with you texting for updates alot too. I genuinely could not recommend the team at Longmeadow enough. They truly have a passion for what they do and a love for their doggy customers and it really shows. Follow their Facebook to see how much all the dogs love it.

My dog went on his holidays for 2 weeks and looked like he enjoyed every minute! The staff are great, friendly and obvious animal lovers, ur doggies couldn’t be in better hands! I loved the updates that went on Facebook and felt assured my dog was being very well looked after! He’s due to come again this year and I’m sure he can’t wait ❤️
