We used Westmead years ago for our dog and the last three years for our cat. He is always looked after and well cared for by the friendly staff. Food preferences asked on arrival, dry, wet etc. Definitely recommend.
Left my giant schnauzer here first a week. He was well looked after and clean as a whistle when I picked him up. After being nervous about leaving him for the 1st time, I have no worries about leaving him again in October

This is the 2nd time I have taken my dog to Westmead kennels. The 1st time my dog was very anxious and nervous and stand offish with the staff, but they worked with misty(dog) as well as messaging myself and keeping me updated on her welfare and progress. I have picked misty up this morning from her 2nd stay, and she has absolutely loved it, gained weight and had walks and playtime every day. Could not recommend this kennels enough. Staff are lovely, kennels are clean and cleaned out on a regular basis. This is the only kennels I will ever take my dog!
Left our 2 dogs while we went away for a family holiday. Both dogs were very well looked after, we were very happy with the care especially as our dogs are strong on the leads. Thank you we wouldn’t hesitate to bring them back to you.
We were anxious at leaving our dog with another kennels that he wasn't familiar with, but when we collected him, he was very happy and had been well looked after. Thank you and we would use you again.
Collected our 2 year old spaniel after a 3 day stay. He had not been walked for 3 days! Apparently growled at staff? He hasn't growled at any one in his life. Also hadn't been given a blanket as promised buy staff on arrival. Very hungry and thirsty upon arrival home. No contact had been made with us to explain there were any issue. I urge other people to check out before booking. Owner replied 2 days he was dropped off Thursday evening and collected Sunday evening!! This was his second visit and wouldn't have been nervous if he had been shown care.
Disgusting service, left my dog in a kennels for 3 days no walk no interaction. Got told my dog growled at walker. My dog isn't aggressive hE lives in a family home with two small children. I am heartbroken with how they have treated my dog. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!! Owner reply this little dog preferred not to be handled!! This big springer spaniel needs walking!! He is a friendly energetic dog who needs walks!! He is now petrified of going in car thinking he is going to this terrible place again!!
