   I am disgusted. The staff are lovely, so there’s that at least. There is a charge for adults to enter the play area. In what world is that reasonable?!? £2 per adult!? For what? It’s not like I’m getting in the ball pit is it? I don’t know if anywhere else that does this - it’s exploitation. It’s hard enough for everyone with the cost of living sky rocketing, and this is a cheap trick to get a bit of extra cash out of vulnerable people. Mums have no choice but to join their kids in the general play area. The staff say this changed recently, so I appreciate things are probably harder for the owner too, but it’s an insult for the owner to create this additional charge. £4.50 per child is plenty already. Furthermore the play area itself is filthy, bits of dirt and food all over the mats, and some sharp edges on steps etc are left exposed. This play area is a lovely idea, but changes need to be made. As for the art shop itself, the supplies sold here are cheaper on the internet! I hope the owner will take this on board.

   Such a lovely afternoon out! Perfect for little ones and bigger ones. We stopped for food and a play in the play area with 9 month old! Staff were lovely and helpful. Super spacious for prams etc. Staff made up a fruit bowl for baby! They also have a yummy looking afternoon tea! Really recommend!

   Lovely place to visit. Really friendly, helpful staff. We have been visiting every week for the doodles session as my daughter loves it. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars as there is no onsite toilet and so you would have to go to the shop next door if necessary

   We have allways come here since my little one was around 4 now 8. Its a small bur very Lovely place, can get busy but you can allways pop and look at the fish and come back. We have never not been able to craft. We have had parties here as well and they made my son and guest very welcome. After trying a new craft shop we would come back to Bella crafts.
