   We stayed here for one night when my wife needed to be near the hospital for an early morning medical procedure. It turned out to be very close indeed to the hospital. The bedroom was warm and very comfortable, with an excellent ensuite. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending this place as not just good value but bette than many hotels we've stayed in. It's also close to the city centre, located in a quiet street.

   The Viking accommodation is located just a short distance from the centre. Very quiet during the night. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly. He explained about all the attractions of this lovely city, and then showed me a tourist map of how to get to them. All together a very positive experience.

   Our stay started with a really friendly welcome and easy check-in. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay, Inc. free WiFi. Parking is available outside the property for a minimal fee. The accommodation is only a 10 minute walk to the Minster, meaning the location is great to explore York. We plan on returning at Christmas and will definitely stay again.

   Stayed for 1 night, a nice short 20 minute walk from the centre, hosts were very friendly and inviting. The room was warm with a comfy bed and a nice viking themed wallpaper. The bathroom was modern and clean very happy with our stay and would come again :)

   The perfect place to stay for a few days. So warm, inviting and clean. Rooms have everything you need, including tea and coffee. Short but pleasant walk to town. Quiet location. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again.
