   Went in today to pick up a click and collect order and from start to finish nothing too much trouble while sorting it there was something that had been damaged in transit and the staff had no issues in sorting it out. And couldn't be more apologetic. The item that was damaged they replaced no issues. Even cleaned up the other items in my parcel. More shops needs staff like the ones who work in this boots store. Will be back shopping again thank you for good customer service

   Staff are nice when you go in to collect prescription. But every time I ring up they are very rude. they have forgot twice, to process my prescription so I’ve had to ring up for someone to do it. However, nothing is ever their fault.

   So disappointed today at the pharmacy. I really like the girls that work there, they are always friendly and helpful. So annoyed today when my medication wasn’t ready as I had been the day before told it wasn’t ready. Didn’t mind said I would come back following day only to be told it wasn’t ready. The assistant said it just needed checking by the pharmacist. The pharmacist was stood next to me just passing baby talk with another customer unaware of the queue and customers having to come back. So unprofessional. I’m not going back there.

   Clean and tidy enough. Much as you would expect some item's prices are competitive, others not so much. In the pedestrianised area of the town centre, only a little free parking anywhere near.
