    Absolutely brilliant went for eye test two weeks ago very professional went to collect my glasses yesterday, all people there were lovely and friendly I cannot fault the service I received, boots you should be extremely proud to have such amazing employees

    Went in to the boots pharmacy today to purchase some EMLA numbing cream as I am getting dermal filler injections. The lady behind the prescriptions desk (short red hair), questioned me on what it was for and I explained I had a dermal filler appointment. She then very rudely refused to sell me the cream as she said that they cannot sell it for that reason, although cosmetic injections are listed as one of the legal usages of EMLA cream. I checked the official EMLA website as well as boots very own website for this information (images attached). To double check, I went to seek advice from another pharmacy in which they confirmed that this lady was operating wrongfully. This is very concerning considering this person is in charge of medicines within boots pharmacy & I think this needs investigating.

    came here today and wanted to buy two discounted boxes of Ensure milk, but the staff told me they were definitely out of stock. Later, I asked my uncle (who is British) to go there and buy them, and the staff said that many Chinese people had come to buy the product today, so they had to put it away. I’m really disappointed with their service attitude and the discrimination they showed

    We always liked to be served by Joan on the perfume counter. She is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable on perfumes and aftershaves. Joan will recommend anything that is on offer so we know the bargains or give us any advice on new products. She really is first class

    Absolute shambles. Faulty gift card. Branch advised ring customer care Customer care says only branch can help. Customer care also too short staffed for a manager to speak to me in relation to my problem. Well done boots great customer service.

    This one star is for the instore pharmacy! I actually don't know why I even bother to try and use them because each time I go I'm left standing waiting for ages whilst staff mill about without even looking up or acknowledging customers that are waiting. I always feel completely ignored and end up walking away and taking my custom somewhere else. Even some of the staff serving in other areas of the store agree that the pharmacy staff are rude and don't deserve the custom! Honestly, all they have to do is acknowledge a customer and use the simple phrase "I'm sorry about the wait!" It's basic customer service!

    I went to the Number 7 counter looking for advice on skin care. I had no idea they were having an open day. WOW, I got to sit with a group and we were introduced to a full range of skin care products. I then went to a lady called Wendy who did a scan of my face and recommended a whole range of skincare items. I was so impressed I purchased them all and spent just over Β£110, but with all the offers eg buy 2 get 1 free, Β£10 off if you spend Β£20 plus an extra 10% off on the day. I totalled it all up and the value came to Β£260 oh and I got a free gift!!!! I was blown away with the advice and my new range of skin care. Thank you Wendy Goodwin, thank you to the manager who did the chat and thank you Boots

    I tried to call to make an appointment for a holiday jab, but all I got was the automated service. I tried all the options and none of them worke, all kept saying that the person was not available then the message went back to the options again. How do I get through to make an appointment? someone tell me please, because this service is just garbage

    Asked a lady to help me find a contour stick for my shade, and she was polite and got me some yet never let me try it. I bought it thinking it would be fine but when i got home it was highlighter, i dont understand how she got them mixed up, they are two completely different things.
