Ive had it with this vet practice- from charging £300 for dogs tooth extraction , unnecessary tests and treatments for imaginary UTI also hundreds and now they wont sell Avantix treatment for 2 of my 3 cats without a consultation , to tell me they have fleas, which I know , thats why i want the treatment . £120 for nothing . I deeply resent this .

Anderson is a very kind and compassionate veterinarian. When we had to put our dog down he was very sympathetic to our situation and even sent us a card to let us know that we are not alone in our mourning. I’m so glad my dog managed to get treated with the upmost respect that she deserved.

Awful awful awful vets. The male vet handled my cat awfully when putting her down - wasn’t carful or considerate. Gave her a sedatives before putting her to sleep which wasn’t needed and added £100 to the bill. Then when I went to collect her ashes they couldn’t find them. They lost my cat’s ashes. Told me that to come back Monday. As if I was picking up a something minor. Even regular visits before my cat became unwell were terrible. Male vet there is the worst. Avoid if you love your animal.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE ROBBERS The vet was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very impatient and overcharged for not even doing a proper check on my cat who was suffering from fleas. They didn’t even treat him and when i called they gave an initial price then after checking him they increased the price and gave me medicine and told me to do it myself. He gave me a little drop bottle to use and charged me £130. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TOP THIS VET! I have never encountered a vet who seems to dislike his job as much as David does. You would expect a veterinarian to show kindness and compassion towards animals, but with him, it's the complete opposite. His attitude is appalling, and his behaviour is nothing short of unprofessional. David is rude, arrogant, and patronising. I strongly advise against taking your pet to him. He is the sole vet at the practice, which is hardly surprising—who would want to work alongside someone like that? His complete lack of empathy and dismissive nature make every visit feel like an ordeal. During my pet’s check-up, he outright refused to touch my pet. Instead of showing even the slightest care or concern, he muttered rude comments under his breath, carrying himself with an air of self-importance. His examination was rushed, careless, and completely lacking in thoroughness. Rather than properly assessing my pet’s condition, he dismissed my concerns with a condescending attitude and simply told me to see another veterinary professional. Be extremely cautious of any advice he gives—his lack of proper examination and dismissive nature could put your pet’s health at risk. He is passive-aggressive, quick to contradict anything you say, and seems more interested in proving people wrong than actually helping animals. If you value your pet’s well-being, stay far away from him. What’s even worse is his complete disregard for both pets and their owners. A vet’s job is to provide reassurance and support, but David does the opposite—he makes you feel like an inconvenience, belittles your concerns, and exudes an air of arrogance that makes the entire experience deeply unpleasant. A visit to the vet should offer comfort and care, not leave you feeling stressed, frustrated, or ignored. It’s baffling how someone like him is still practising. I regret not reading the negative reviews beforehand because they are entirely accurate. This was a complete waste of time and money. He is highly unprofessional, extremely rude, and, to be honest, quite unsettling to deal with. His attitude towards both pets and their owners is disgraceful. Save yourself the frustration and find a vet who actually cares.

Lovely vets but some vet nurses not particularly professional, hence minus one star. If it wasn't for the lovely vets I wouldn't be back. Slightly expensive so will probably head elsewhere.

Very good place to take your dog as the vet has passion and cares for your pup. I’ve been offered 3 in 1 treatment for my pup and this is the best on the market . £18 per month sounds a lot but for fluffy pup like mine it worked really well . I have tried frontline and defence it’s proper waste of money and dog suffering as i have 3 cats , 2 goes outside regularly and brings fleas back home occasionally. So happy that I’ve visited this clinic and will continue visiting . Would definitely recommend .

Our pup was seen by David King (I dread it when that happens). We only required the flea/tick vials but she had to have an appointment which cost £75! In order to get the medication, she naturally had to be weighed, in order to be weighed Mr King insisted on not one but TWO muzzles. He has absolutely NO affinity with animals. He is mean! I have recently watched some lovely TicTok videos of vets who go out of their way to make pets feel at ease but not him...We have spent considerable time turning an extremely nervous dog, into a chilled, calm, happy one - she did not bark, growl or complain. Our pup was traumatised - shaking, nervous and we had to pay £75 for her to be tortured like this. Mr King is not a caring soul, he is greedy and seems to thrive on animal and owner anxiety. He is patronising and condescending. I'm sure he actually believes he is the new Steve Irwin, when in fact he is Cruella DeVille! Our pup won't be returning PS - get the prescription and buy the medication on line Mr King marks it up x3

I got an emergency appointment in 45mins on a Friday evening before a bank holiday after my 7 months French Bulldog, Oreo, spent the last 24h vomiting. David was amazing. He is the kind of doctor I looked for here in London for months now and I couldn’t find. He seems to truly care and has such a funny and laid down approach. He gave some meds to oreo and gave availability to meet tomorrow again if need being or on Tuesday morning if he still wouldn’t get better. David was however very reassuring. I think I finally found a permanent practise for my dog. Prices are a little higher for meds tho but I am happy to pay a little more considering the quality of service. The receptionist as well super lovely and helpful. Thanks, Ludovico
