Joanne at the grooming room has clipped Wilf our lhasa apso for a number of years and we were always delighted with how he looked. But what I want people to know was how amazingly gentle and kind she was with him when he became old , he was blind and deaf which made him scared and anxious and very very difficult to bath , dry and cut. A lot of groomers would have refused to clip him but Joanne was amazing she never made me feel that it was a problem but I know it was .
