   We go there to meet friends who have their dogs groomed there and have lunch with them. The food is perfectly acceptable but nothing exciting. Our only complaint is that it's very noisy. It's quite cramped and there are always a number of dogs in the cafe who are not all well behaved so it's a mixture of humans talking loudly to be heard and dogs barking and crying. I don't think we'd go if we weren't invited by our friends.

   DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE UNLESS YOU WANT VETS BILLS AND UNANSWERED INJURIES Did like this place until my puppy kept coming home with cuts and bruises and staff wouldn't say anything about what had happened. They never dealt with any of the cuts or bruises and when I spoke to them previously about stepping in more before play got too rough and keeping more of an eye on my puppy the owner just blamed it all on my puppy and threatened to stop her coming to daycare. Last straw today as my dog came home with an open wound with no explanation. Disgusting, should be ashamed of themselves. Update: I rang up to speak to them. Was told by a female member of staff that my dog hadn't done it at daycare and that she'd done it either at home or on the way out. Finally got hold of the owner who at first wouldn't let me speak on the phone and proceeded to tell me my every move in the place that was on cctv (when i picked my dog up) however they weren't able to tell me how or when my puppy had been injured. The whole day my puppy was there non of the staff had noticed an open wound. Some serious investigation needs to go into this business' staff and security cameras.

   Great place for your dog to socialise with other dogs. The shop offers a good selection of dog food and accessories and the staff are knowledgeable about the care of your dog.

   Visited today as part of an organised party. Fantastic facilities both indoors and out. Plenty of space to run about and there is under cover shelter for owners to rest up. On site shop for doggy treats. Our dog loved it. Would definitely visit again.

   Taking Thor to Springfield is the best decision we have ever made for him. His is an old dog with arthritis and the staff are amazing with him. They go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and happy all day. He also loved his first ever professional groom aged 9 at the grooming salon. I think he now has a new favourite person ever there!!

   All the staff are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and Dougie always enjoys going. He can’t wait to get out of the car to play with his new doggy mates! The facilities are the best I have seen by miles and we have used and tried a few. Thank you to Springfields for making Dougie so welcome and cared for.
