Ruby loves visiting Lily and Colin for her holidays and I love taking her there. I know Ruby is in completely safe hands and she comes back home happy. I wouldn’t take Ruby anywhere else thank you Butterbusk. Highly recommend.
We wouldn’t leave our cats anywhere else. They have always been under the best loving care at Butterbusk and all three come back happy and content. I get the feeling they are loved just like their own and we can relax knowing they are looked after. Thank you Lilly for this weekend taking good care of Elmo, Luna & Tora. We very much appreciate it ❤️
We would recommend this cattery.The owners are so dedicated to the love and welfare of cats,there's never any doubt that your family cat/cats can be left in good hands and you can enjoy your holiday.
Phoned this cattery twice to enquire regards availability etc and the man who answered the phone was sooo rude n nasty !! No way would I leave my cats there in his care !!! If he answers the phone aggressive then would you leave your pet in his care NO terrible service I don’t recommend even enquiring!
Just picked my 18 year old cat up , he’s come back so happy and well as if he has had a holiday , and he’s eaten well , I cannot thank Lilly and her husband enough for how they have looked after him , absolutely lovely , so careing, nothing is too much trouble for them , thank you so much
Never had less than fantastic service at butterbusk. Staff are patient and calm and pleasant to talk with. Rates are very reasonable. Our cats always come home as we left them and seem settled. The site is very easily accessible as it is on the A630.
My cat always hides under the blanket when I go to another cattery, but never has done with this one. The owners are very friendly and always seem to pay attention to each cat individually. Unfortunately they are often fully booked, but that just shows how popular they are!
Absolutely fantastic! The owners are so lovely and very helpful. Our little man was so happy, and seemed so comfortable when we picked him up. Great facilities, and open so he could see the other cats staying in the accommodation!
