We have recently used BBB for the first time for our two boys, George and Jeremy. Communication beforehand was excellent, checking dietary needs etc. Rachel and Richard were so welcoming and we could see straight away their love for bunnies. The housing area was immaculate. It was very reassuring to go away knowing they were in such good hands especially being older bunnies. They looked totally relaxed when we picked them up and a claw clipping service was included. Our bunny Iggy has just spent 3 weeks at Barnsley Bunny Boarding and we couldn't be happier with how well Rachel has taken care of him. She very kindly groomed him and clipped his nails whilst he was there, and let us know how he was getting on whilst we were away. We would definitely recommend her services.
I have used Barnsley Bunny Boarding since 2021 and wouldn't use anyone else for my pets. I have 2 rabbits (Patch and Boe) and a guniea pig (Moon), and the service Rachel provides in amazing. They are well kept, fed groomed and are happy when I drop them off pick them up. Rachel has alot of experience and love for animals and it really shows. I couldn't be happier with her. We have been using Barnsley Bunny Boarding for several years now and know this is the very best place to leave our bunny when we are away. Rachel is the most wonderful host and looks after the rabbit so well, with special attention to any dietary requirements, trimming nails etc. The space for the rabbits is always clean, the hutches decent sizes and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your precious pet in her care. Very communicative, and great with our toddler too when he comes to drop off/collect our bunny. Wouldnt want our bunny staying anywhere else and can highly recommend!!
We always know that our rabbits will be well cared for here. We have used Rachel for a number of years and she has always been fantastic at accommodating special requirements including administering medicines, and is extremely knowledgeable about rabbits. Also, being kept up to date with how our rabbits are getting on is always very reassuring.
Have taken my rabbit Henrietta to Rachel for a few years now, I know she is well looked after and also has some pampering (grooming) while she is there, I struggle to groom her properly. Henrietta seems to settle in well I have no concerns leaving Henrietta with Racel I know she will be well cared for she is getting on in years now so It is important that I know she is in the care of someone who knows all about rabbits health and needs which Rachel does, I would not hesitate to recommend Bunny boarding.
We used Barnsley Bunny Boarding for the first time recently. Having checked out a couple of other local boarding facilities prior to this one - none of which we were happy with. As soon as we met Rachel and Richard and looked at their facilities we had no hesitation in trusting them with our much loved house rabbit ‘Bob’. Rachel and Richard are professional, dedicated, highly knowledgeable and experienced. We were delighted with the care our much loved house rabbit received. The ‘Rabbitry’ is well designed and absolutely spotless. Despite not living close by, we have already made further bookings & would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.
We just used Rachel’s services to board our bunnies. My daughter had never been apart from them so she was very anxious about leaving them to go on holiday. Rachel invited us to come and see what it would be like for them. Rachel was a wonderful host who really put my daughter at ease so she was no longer worried as she felt they would be in great hands. We left them and during their stay Gabriella wanted to find out how they were getting on so Rachel sent messages letting her know. Finally we went to pick them up and she was happy to see them again but has no worries about leaving them again next holiday and we have already booked our place as Rachel is popular!
