   If I could give zero stars, I would. The man who works here has a truly unacceptable bedside manner. After a beloved pet passed away in their care, there was not a single ounce of empathy shown, only dismissive and ill-mannered responses. In such moments, compassion is the least one should expect, yet it was completely absent. I strongly urge others not to entrust their pets to this establishment

   Never have it felt so disgusted in a company. My mother in law put her German shepherd in here while she went away. Unfortunately after only one day he passed away. While they may not be at fault for his death, I turned up to collect him with my son who was very upset. The first thing the owner said to me was "I hope you're feeling strong", not once did he show any sympathy, compassion or remorse. Obviously this is company that doesn't care much about the animals in its care or its customers. He wasn't just a dog he was a much loved member of our family. I wouldn't recommend these kennels to anyone

   I can’t rate this kennels well enough, they were excellent with my dogs and bent over backwards for them as I needed them to be in separate kennels due to one dog having a hotspot and one with a cyst on her head. They treated them exactly as I asked as one was on no walks week 1 and short or paddocks walks only and the other needed her course of antibiotics and drying of hotspot daily. Well they did all that was asked and my vet was very happy with them when they went in for their checkups. 10 stars Phil and team. Both dogs were really happy, and the puppy had grown so much in 2 weeks. I can’t thank you enough for their super care. They will be back xx

   We always used Glebe Farm for our terriers for many many years, we recently decided to move our Spaniel back after trying a different kennel for a while, so glad we did, he’s clearly happy to go in every time we take him back, the place is spotless and he always comes back clean and well fed, my feeling with Phil the owner, is he’s just keen to get on with looking after the dogs so he can come across as brusque to owners, but clearly know the dogs well …. Personally I’d rather have someone who clearly loves dogs looking after mine, than spending time chatting. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous.

   We have been coming here for 25 years. We left Doncaster 6 years ago, but still travel from Loughborough to board our dogs here, the dogs are happy and well looked after. Can't say enough thanks

   Very disappointed with this place. Our dogs came back dirty and smelly, one with an eye infection he hadnt had when he went in and no one had wiped the large amount of yellow and green gunk from his eyes. The other had not been given any of his meds. We were told that this was because we had said he wasnt to have it if he had diarrhoea, but we had rung twice and were told he was fine and his poos were solid. Why then did he not get his meds? We were told the owner would ring us, its been four days now and he has not bothered to contact us. When we arrived to pick our dogs up there were two girls bringing a couple of labs in from the yard and were shouting at them for jumping up, it was really loud shouting and the dogs were getting all the more excited so not doing as they were told. I mentioned to the girls that shouting was not the way to stop the jumping up, they shrugged their shoulders. No wonder our dogs were in such a state if such untrained kids were looking after them. I would not recommend sending your dogs here, they dont seem to care about the animals, I would go so far as to say the with-holding of meds could be tantamount to cruelty. Our poor old boy was very uncomfortable when we got him home and is still recovering. The eye infection in the other is on the mend , but only with lots of tlc from us.

   Was really confused to see the 1 star reviews, saying the owner was rude etc. I've been bringing my dog here for over 10 years, I am always made to feel welcome, my dog is always happy to go and always looks happy and healthy when I go to collect him. I have never found the owner to be anything but pleasant.

   Went to look round. Extremely rude man at reception. Wanted to leave immediately. Kennels too small. I'd rather forgo my holiday than leave my dog here. Had to leave 1 star to post rating but would be minus stars if I could.
