If I could put zero stars, I would. My partner’s buyer is using this firm as their solicitor, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication is virtually non-existent — they don’t respond to emails or phone calls, and even the estate agent struggles to get any updates. When you call, you’re placed on hold or told someone will call back, but that never happens. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough without this level of unresponsiveness. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this firm and spending a little extra for a high street solicitor who actually communicates and keeps clients informed.
We instructed MSB Solicitors for a sale and purchase. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely poor. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered for days or weeks, and we had to repeatedly chase for basic updates. We also had to coordinate between estate agents, the management company, and other solicitors ourselves just to keep the process moving. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough — clear communication and timely updates should be standard. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend MSB. There are firms who are far more proactive and responsive.

Neil Kelly - absolutely disgraceful. If you actually want any form of communication and honesty from a conveyancing solicitor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He refused multiple times to respond to a chain of solicitors, went AWOL at critical moments and compulsively lied, allowing massive delays to my house sale due to his incompetency. I wouldn't waste my time with this firm, he's a partner as well - unbelievable! Avoid at all costs.
MSB did a great job for us. We were owed money, and within 2 weeks it was paid. So a perfect and very quick result for us thanks to MSB.
This is a solicitor based in Liverpool, who visited the flats where I live. They were offering free wills to over 65's. They were very helpful, explaining every detail to us. There were quite a few people who took up their offer. We have now received the wills, & are very happy with the way everything was dealt with.
