I don’t understand how can a place like this have 4 people working at the main entrance but no physical way to pay on the door except for using the website on the phones or tablets. What is the purpose of having so many stuff members if they’re useless? Lots of them just walking around checking themselves in the mirrors instead of making sure the space is clean and people enter smoothly. Floor around the swimming pool is dirty (why is there mud there?). There should be cleaning stuff checking changing rooms, toilets and swimming pool areas every hour to make sure space is tidy and clean. No soap in the showers area. Toilets are disgusting, piss all over the floor. Absolutely tragic. Nice swimming pool but lots of room for improvement sanitary wise. It would be good to have at least one sauna that could be used when you use swimming pool even for extra pay. Sauna is not luxury come on. You’re part of Europe and sauna should be used a few times per week. Making it luxury experience is bizarre. Every European country has saunas at regular swimming pools for just little extra pay or included in the price.

We have been attending the family swimming sessions since summer after my daughter swimming lessons(which the trainers deserve 5 stars).Once the weather started to get colder the center Management have done nothing to increase the Ac temperature surrounding the lockers and inside the teaching pool. The pool has 30 degrees but the air is cold, and I have been issuing this problem to the staff for the last 2 months but nothing has change.Everyone, kids and adults are shivering getting out from the pool rushing in to the showers and then shivering again to change. And the weather is gone get colder and colder. Maybe the Management will raise the AC temperature surrounding in the future so the swimming experience be a pleasant one. Thank you.

The centre is one of my favourite all round, new and airy with all facilities for families to enjoy. But lack classes for those who like to enjoy a session of yoga. It’s has a huge tracks for running and training. Great prices for car park and lots of spaces. Has trampoline sessions . They hold birthday parties! Has a lovely cafe for refreshing. It’s definitely a great day at a reason price for a family to infused some good energy and fun!

We came here for the climbing area, trampolines & soft play for the kids and it was epic. Rather busy on the weekend, but the kids came out happy. Centre has lots of things to explore with swimming, spa, gym, etc and athletics track out the back - lots of parking, and all clean & modern - would recommend :)

I use to go to this gym when it was Pool and Track many years ago, and was apprehensive to return here when it got revamped into the Feel Good Centre, but I shouldn't of been. The staff are friendly and helpful, some honestly go above and beyond (not going to name names here) and really go the extra mile to help out and answer any questions I have, even if I ask a million questions. The activities they offer for both adults and children is great. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Went up for the trampoline / Play Park and it was such a success. The kids loved it loads to do for kids if all ages. Very impressed with the facilities and the service. Car park no longer accepts the vouchers but they can be tried in for credit on the app service. The systems are being more actively pushed and are much quicker must you get the hang of using them. The booking service through the app is recommended and is very quick. Only thing I would say this is very expensive one hour cost Β£18 per for 2 children and 1 adult.

Love it good fun burnt lots of energy. Good price I would say. Definitely cheap frills. Some trampoline parks/soft play centres can be cheeky with the prices. It is quite clean and spacious here also. My son loves it here we've visited a few times before now and will continue to come. Soon we will brave a clip & climb which I think is a fantastic feature to have here at the centre.

I was pleasantly surprised when my friend took me here, felt like I was on a spa holiday away. For a reasonable price to get to enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool and when done you can relax in the lovely lounge area with complimentary tea and fruit. I usually fall asleep for a bit, so relaxing.
