   Expansive park which is intersected by the River Cole, it’s possible to do a large circuitous walk from the High St, along one side, through fields to woodland to wild meadow, cross a small bridge before getting to the A446, and return on the opposite side. There’s lots of wildlife if you’re observant, and plenty of open spaces for dog walking.

   Floods and can be very waterlogged when it has rained a lot. However there is a path that goes the length of the park that is well maintained.

   Peaceful area, lots of trees for the kids to play hide and seek. No thrills but be perfect to entertain yourself. No fence to the road so not good for young children.
