Lovely little park and small wooded area. Paths/trails were good. It's really nice by the river and there's an open grass area if you keep walking.

The park (play area) is lovely and well constructed The nature reserve is nice. The grassland area behind WAS a nice walk, but unfortunately, it has been a victim of HS2!. If you do take this walk, I would suggest being very careful going under the bridge ( sometimes there's broken glass) and on the bank, there is a narrow stretch that you might want to have your dog on a lead.

It's a very nice nature area, located at the gates of Birmingham; valley of river Cole. Paths are full of bridges from different times, well marked, easy to find a way through. Good for from 30 minutes to about an hour walk. There is playground for children's at the entrance of river Cole Nature Reserve. Location don't have a car park but a few places are along the road.

Nice for a quick walk with the dog or for a relaxing picnic by the river. Was nice and clean too.

Great little place for a quick walk if you are in the area, a lot of the local halfwits don't pick up their dog mess so beware.
