Such a beautiful place to walk. There is a play area for families with small children a cafe serving delicious cakes and food and they even have a pretty sheltered area outside if you want to sit with your four legged friend.

A lovely park to have a walk/hike around. Be warned cows do occupy some of the friends, so be cautious with smaller kids and dogs. The park benefits from clear trails, public toliets, a café, picnic area, playground and a carpark. The carpark costs £3 for the day, which seems expensive, however the park is well maintained. You get lovely views from the top of the hill, able to see right across the area and even Birmingham City centre. Definitely worth a visit.

Great trails through the hills looks on neverending walk, as a part of bigger adventure. You can do hiking and good walking on the hills or below valleys as a rabbit. Few hours are enough to taste beautiful nature in this Country Park. Great time an place to celebrate Platinum Jubilee.

A great place for a walk, lovely scenery and convenient car park. Lots of dogs so make sure your pooch is well behaved. Just the right amount of hills to make it fun! PS I think the south car park is free!?

Followed the longer of the 2 trails. Lovely little walk with clear waymarkers. Carpark quite small and café is just a fast food waggon which seems a shame as there are enough buildings there that they could have a lovely little cafe. Beware it can be very muddy when the weather has been wet.

Great country park! The walks are scenic and you can choose between a short half mile route, a longer three mile route, and then some extra routes via public footpaths that go a bit further. Our dogs love it there. It can get a bit muddy in spots, so wear appropriate footwear.

Really glad to have found out about this location, it's fantastic. The area is huge and I can't emphasise that enough, it's vast. The car park is quite spacious, though when we got there the pay and display machine wasn't working. We spoke to the warden (who has an office behind the cafe) and he told us the problem was that it was a new machine and it was getting damp inside and rebooting itself. So there is someone to ask instead of worrying about getting a parking ticket. The hills themselves are rather steep and uneven and might not be ideal for everyone. We had a pushchair and while not impossible it was difficult in places. It is a really good place to take a dog for a walk, as there are large open fields at the top. When you get to the top though, the views are stunning, such a lovely place that's so close to the city. Theres are large play area for kids at the entrance that's pretty good, felt nice and safe and well thought out. There are also toilets beside a small shop that are really handy as well.
