   Booked them to pick us up yesterday to take us to train station. I decided to ring them 30 minutes prior to make sure they’d be on time as we was catching a train. They never answered, I rang again and left a voicemail with my contact number for them to ring me back to confirm. They never turned up and never did return my call. I was considering booking them as a return to Manchester instead of catching the train. I’m so glad I didn’t bother.

   Lived in Ashton for 20yrs and had never heard of this company. Glad I've found them now though. Lady answering the phone is very polite and the driver was great, on time and very reasonably priced for the journey I took. Highly recommended.

   Terrible service. Made it quite clear with operator what was required and she accepted the booking but the drivers of the two cars both insisted that they could not comply with our requirements leaving one of our party stranded. Not the service it was 10 years ago and the drivers were rude. Either the operator hadn't a clue or the drivers couldn't be bothered. I recommend if anyone is considering this taxi service to use Rainbow taxis instead

   This taxi firm is an absolute disgrace...........to say they have no compassion is a complete understatement. I had left a house party early with my 6 year old daughter.Unfortunately my husband had the house key (still at the party) our friends had a taxi booked with this firm and said he could use it to get home to us. When he went outside the taxi driver was nothing but rude the situation was explained to him........that my daughter and I were now literally sat in the step waiting for him to get home.......only to be told ......that's not my problem No it isnt and I understand they have a business to run but surely you can make concessions sometimes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   After trying in vain to get a taxi from Ashton to Leigh on a Saturday night around midnight - yes, I know I should've pre booked! I was told by 3 taxi companies that it was either a 40 - 60 min wait or that they wouldn't come that far. (Despite having come the previous week!) Very relieved when I rang 1st Choice and was told "It's on its way," Arrived within 5 mins with a pleasant, friendly driver. John if i remember correctly, who told me he was the business owner. Nice bloke, prompt and friendly service. Very happy customer!
