   I booked a cab with them yesterday for 7.30 am through their website. At 7.55am they called to say they had no drivers (I had given up and was on the bus by then). They said I should have phoned instead. Obviously the cost of missed train was my problem. Last night I phoned and booked in through a very efficient AI system for 9.15 this morning. We were worried after yesterday, and phoned to confirm the booking. A perfectly polite lady told me no driver was assigned to the pickup, and appeared surprised at the thought someone might be. Essentially they appear to be an Uber type setup farming our rides at the last minute rather than what I would expect of a local cab firm. Would not (attempt to) use again.

   Absolutely appalling service! I only used them once and never again. I booked two Taxi's through the app and received booking confirmation for both of them. On both occasions (Two in the same night) I received a text message over 20minutes after the taxi was due to collect, informing me that no cars were available. We had a table reservation at a busy pub meaning I had to drive my family to and from the pub in order to keep the reservation. No apology from the company, simply didn't turn up. Disgraceful customer service.

   Adam was the nicest and most helpful driver that I have ever had in the last 20 years that I have been using your cabs. He certainly deserves more than 10 gold stars ⭐. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ADAM for getting me to the railway station on time not only did he take my luggage up the steps he offered to take me to the platform, what a truly wonderful and very well mannered gentleman. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

   Nice lady on reception, didn't have long to wait for my taxi,I got a ring back on my phone letting me know my cab was waiting for me. Nice driver putting my shopping in the boot for me had a chat with the driver on my way home. Terrific guy most helpful and I had a pleasant drive home. I will definitely use them again. And a big plus with how the cost of living is at present,it was cheaper than the other local taxis I have used.

   Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this service, I booked a taxi for the next morning at 6.30am. They did warn me that it was possible no one would be available, but they would ring me back if that was the case. Fair enough, I understand. I wrongly assumed they would ring me back later that day, if they didn’t have the capacity. Additionally I was ringing from an international number, so I asked them is that okay since sometimes a call centre can’t call me back. They said it was okay. The next morning I ring them up at 6.35am and get an automated “your taxi is on its way!” message, but I continue so I can speak to someone. They tell me that they tried and failed to contact me at 6.20am, they have no cars available. Even if I did get the message, 10 minutes is far too little time to organise a new taxi, and they knew my destination was a train station. Frustratingly I missed my train. Try 50005 Skem Express Cars instead, I have never had an issue with them and I wish I booked from them instead.
