   Left me waiting over 3 hours for a taxi that they canceled twice lied and said I'd booked two taxis when I never I called up twice told them needed a dog friendly driver sent some dude who rang me and told me he doesn't let dogs in his car, asked should I try a different company got told no well send one then got spoken to like a dickhead wouldn't let me explain a thing just kept insisting I'd ordered two cabs when obviously it was the woman who answered the second time I called, the third time I called I was told one was on the way never got told I'd ordered two cabs called a forth time they start telling me I've booked two cabs, even though one time I tried to book two cabs as tow people where going different places got told I couldn't have two cabs booked but now apparently calling to complain about a none friendly pet driver coming for a dog now means you are ordering two cabs, worst experience ever

   So happy, earlier today booked a taxi to ask the taxi driver to go pick up groceries for my 64yr old mother who is self isolating due to COPD and heart issues. He was such a lovely man and without hesitation offered to take the job. I am in Texas so only so much I can do here for here. Thanks for hard working caring people at this crazy time. We are so greatful. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I will always use the 5555 taxis from this day forward.

   Absolute disgrace ordered two taxis non turned up left 2 woman stranded at s train station told taxis where cancelled, rebooked them took over 1 hour for one to come I gave the taxi to the two ladies waited another 30 mins for the other cab to come and the driver picked up another passenger randomly instead of the booking(me) he should have picked up. Wrong in so many ways not even worth one star private hire taxis doing random pickups very wrong. Just say your fully booked and cannot provide you instead of creating such bad service. Ended up getting a black cab and paying over the odds so bad it’s untrue.
