White Hyundai PL67GFV. Did not get told I had a dog. Ended up putting my dog in boot of car. With the lip still on. So my dog was trapped in a small boot till i got to my location caused my dog to get distressed and cry. Which I was pissed off with but could not book for another taxi as I needed to get to vets for 10 past 3. Taxi was booked for quarter to 3. Please make sure you tell your drivers if someone has a dog so this does not happen again. This has caused my dog to be set back in his recovery of trusting people. Wouldn't want this driver again.
The call centre staff have no morals. Called and told them I was needing an urgent cab to get to whiston hospital and they assured me it wouldn't be long and I was the next customer. I called every 10 minutes for an hour to be told the same thing and that it won't be long, until finally they admitted that they had no idea when my call would be picked up because the divers were choosing to skip it innfavour of longer fares. Didn't even have the decency to warn me of that after I explained it was urgent. Won't be using them again. They would rather string you along than admit no one will come.
Company has gone downhill. Had ringback twice saying the taxi was outside, nothing there, phoned the office who said it was 2 mins away... nothing for another good while. Phoned back to be told someone else must have got in our taxi, even though we were stood on the front the whole rime. Nothing again, we were then told 8 minutes. A black cab was passing 5 minutes later so we flagged that, got home and only then received ring back for the 3rd time. I'd usually stay loyal to my booking, but having been fobbed off twice, my priority was just to get home. It's a shame because there are many decent drivers, being let down by the way it's run.
I rang to see if they had a taxi available the woman on the phone said the best she could do is 25 minutes I then said no thank you because that wasn't what I needed and she was very snotty and hung up on me
Have used this company many times.. always very speedy service and the drivers are usually polite. Good experience this weekend where I left my phone in the taxi like an idiot, I managed to speak with the driver by calling the phone, who dropped it off at the Office the following day. The staff were very helpful as I informed the company about the arrangement and they were extremely courteous and helpful
Had to get a taxi from Rainhill train station to Runcorn at the weekend due to train cancellations and the bus being delayed by an hour. Taxi was quick to arrive and the driver was polite and friendly, but muttered some excuse about a road being closed so would have to take a different route to Runcorn. Ended up going all the way to Warrington and then back to Runcorn. Turns out the road wasn't closed, so I can only assume he wanted to avoid the £2 toll on the direct route, which I would happily have paid myself. Instead the whole trip cost me double what it should have. Absolutely disgraceful. This is why people don't trust taxi companies
