Terrible, do not rely on these. Booked a ride through the app 3 hours before I needed it for a train to catch. Nobody turned up so had to drag my 86 year old grandmother and 30kg suitcase to the train station in snow and ice.

Customer service centre appalling, rang for taxi then received mesg they were sending taxi to totally wrong address in wrong area rang back and they still couldn't get house number right. Taxi came, driver was polite but then discovered he was told to go to a medical centre in Prescot when I had told them the address was in Huyton. Only for the driver himself did I get to the right destination. He deserves 5* but call centre not.

The app needs some work. The drivers don't see the messages nor get the calls, the app estimates are way off, it say 1 minute but in reality it's 10, drivers are OK. A bit cheaper than uber.

You call for booking a taxi in advance and that's confirmed. Come that time it's based on who's available and wants to come do that job if they're not on a job already. You can't actually pre-book taxi's with them. Defeats the purpose of pre-booking. Shocking interpretation of a taxi service. When requiring a taxi to travel a short distance, thus a small fare, no driver takes that job with both taxi firms here it appears, unlike in other towns. Not great if you're a disabled person requiring transport. That's my only vested interest.

Absolutely disgusting second night in the row waited over an hour then rang to speak to somebody who said we have no drivers In the area!!!!!!! Had sent a text 20 mins early to apologise for being late… had a disabled person sat outside in the rain for an hour … this firm needs closing down

Booked a taxi for 9.30am still waiting at 1pm as i haven't phoned to cancel it, no one shown up, terrible service. They also left my partner for an hour and a half in the rain waiting whilst he was very ill, had to cancel it in the end and get a lift. Drivers are never far away apparently…. Load of rubbish.

Ridiculous company, booked a taxi for 10.30am as I needed to be somewhere by 11am. Taxi didn’t turn up so I called the office at 10.45am I was panicking I was gonna be late and despite me telling them I booked the taxi at 10.30am for a reason and I was going to be late they told me they are busy and will one to me as soon as (not at the time I booked) if they can’t get a taxi here for the booking time don’t take the booking so people have the chance to make alternative arrangements. Called back at 10.55am to cancel as I now won’t make my 11am appointment for a rude man to hang up on me. Pathetic dont bother using this taxi service.
