    I booked two taxis with this company for a show, arranging both journeys in advance over the phone. The lady who took my booking was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The first driver had very poor communication. He barely acknowledged me when I spoke to him and, instead of responding, decided to make a call to a friend shortly into our brief 8-minute journey (which went unanswered). Throughout the trip, he kept swearing in a foreign language at minor inconveniences—things as trivial as slowing down for speed bumps. This came across as passive-aggressive and rude, making the journey quite uncomfortable for me and my daughters. The return journey wasn’t any better. The second driver called me, shouting incoherently down the phone to ask where we were—despite us standing immediately outside the pick-up location. It sounded like he had gone to the wrong place, but he arrived a minute or two later. As we got in, I paid using the payment link sent to my phone, just as I had on the previous journey and as the booking agent had explained. I even mentioned this to the driver while doing so. Despite that, he soon accused me of changing the payment method. When I told him I hadn't, he launched into a rant about how card payments go to the office and that he’d have to wait a week to receive the money. I simply replied, "Well, I didn't know that," and from that point on, we sat in complete silence. His tone was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional—especially towards a lone woman with two children. Having two such poor experiences within a few hours suggests this is not a one-off but rather an indication of the company’s overall standards. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend them—especially to other women.

    Every time I use these taxis something happens I get locked in the car or charged 15 pound for my own medication back when the taxi only cost me 7pound to get to where I was going or them taking my phone what fell out of my bag and throwing it out of the taxi and attempting to get into my bank app I’m absolutely disgusted avoid

    Taxi from Old Swan to Huyton .No visible trip information displayed on dashboard. Charged £15. When asked where that figure came from the driver produced a phone which showed 15. I thought it was a bit much but reluctantly paid. Since found out that £13 would be more likely. Won't be using them again.

    Phoned up on saturday 25/6/22 to book a taxi from st.helens to Knowsley Hall and a return for later on. Driver taking us did not know where he was going, took wrong exit off round about, even after being given the postcode, made us late for wedding reception. The taxi we pre-booked to pick us up for return trip never turned up. My father-in-law’s taxi turned up and took them home which was around £13.80, the taxi driver said he woukd go back for us for an extra £28, but would need paying before the journey. We rang several times to find out where our taxi was that should of arrived at midnight and was advised waiting for next driver everytine we rang. So we started to walk home to st.helens from Knowsley Hall, hoping that we may get a message that the taxi is on its way, but no. Walked all the way home and still no notification regarding the taxi, arrived home at 1:45am, tired, cold and my wife had blisters on her toes. Still no message or notification by sunday afternoon Would not reccomend at all to anyone.

    The worst carrier !!! I ordered a taxi yesterday doing a pre-order because my car broke down and my wife had to pick up the children from school. Everyone who has a child at school certainly understands perfectly well how the collection system works and knows that it is impossible to be late, so by ordering the driver I added some time to be sure that my wife would not be late. Imagine her frustrations when, standing ready to go out with our little daughter, the taxi was already 15 minutes late. Despite the rain, she decided to go on foot, then after a few minutes she got a message that the driver was on the way. Finally, the driver came and she picked up the children after time, but the taxi driver had no idea about my note in which I described the route, so what is this option for?!? Never use their services!!!

    Booked taxi through app it accepted booking but would NOT give a pick up time. Rang office got through after 20 mins could still not give pick up time just told to wait. I waited and waited and then they then cancelled my booking! Never use these totally useless and a big waste of time shame on you Brittania taxis!
