I wouldn't use any other groomers. Alfie can be snappy but Louise has won him around with her patience and makes a fantastic job of grooming him. His sister (lhasa x bichon ) regularly gets tangled but yet again..comes back looking fantastic. I have no reservations at all leaving my dogs here..the staff treat them like their own. A fantastic local business
