Staff have no clue how to handle a criticism My two-year-old dog who is so lovely was treated appallingly by the staff her name is Emma She states that he was very very aggressive. He hasn’t got an aggressive burning his body. Charge me £75 for a full groom and he never had a full groom came out wet through didn’t have a groom on his face and she just started . because he doesn’t like his feet touching so he kinda like licks and moves about, but apparently that’s aggressive behaviour Also, because he is so aggressive, it needs to groomers to groom him He is a small cockapoo The staff are so rude and obnoxious, and we will not be returning again to the Cottonwood one and they need to look at themselves I definitely 100% will not be returning
I cannot praise the groomers here enough, the care and patience shown to our furbaby was amazing. Peanut is a rescue dog and they were brilliant with him. Thank you so much highly recommended.
Took my puppy here for the first time today, and he looks incredible. He was super nervous (me too) however both people at the groom room made Hunter feel relaxed and did everything they could to make him comfortable which in turn made me really happy. Will definitely be bringing Hunter back.
Took my cockapoo to cortonwood for a full groom. When the girl came out she asked to examine her said she was matted under her coat on legs. I don't think she was because she is more poodle than cocker. She said she would have to shave her before she could wash her. Iwas told her body was OK, iknow I brush her 3 times a week. I have had her done elsewhere twice since she has had her puppy groom at pets at home and only thing what was wrong was a knot once in her tail. I then get a phone call saying they had found a few flees, even though I treat her with stuff from vets. Told her she could continue. But when I picked her up was disgusted with what she had done. She had shaved her in some places down to skin. Found out later she had done this with somebody else's cockapoo.i paid and walked out will not be taking her back Have to buy her a jacket now to keep her warm. Disguted I am.these are the before and after. We have never seen flees on her. Cost me 74pounds for them to make a mess of her.
Extremely poor service! Arranged for puppy to be groomed! Upon arriving the assistant very quickly came to the conclusion that they would be unable to keep the appointment, however we could reschedule an appointment or (believe this) keep the appointment as they could do it but at an adult dog price due to the grooming that needed to be done! Not sure if we had the last appointment of the day as it seemed they were readying to finish for the day but it was obvious straight away that they were trying to find excuses not to go ahead! It is very strange that they couldn't, but then could offer the appointment but at a higher price! Rest assured we refused to reschedule or pay an adult price for a young puppy, claimed our deposit back and walked out! Will never use the service again!
Unfortunately, all branches of the Groom Room from Pets at Home are not friendly to large dogs, for five weeks I have been trying to bath the dog, but the service non-stop cancels visits without giving reasons
Staff always friendly & my two dogs are always really excited when we take them & they always look & smell great when they have been.
Brilliant! Love taking my toy poodle here for a groom. The staff are so polite and professional. They do a fantastic job looking after my dog. The price is brilliant and the service is outstanding!
