    Absolutely discusting sent taxi to my home destination no communication phoned 6 times explaining ime in pain on crutches just for a local journey will never use again piss poor all round non service

    The worst experience I’ve ever had with a taxi company. Ordered a taxi to the station which did not turn up on time. Rang them and was told the taxi was 20 minutes away. Got a call from them 20 minutes later to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. By this time we were running the risk of missing our train to London so I told them to cancel and a neighbour gave us a lift to the station. The taxi operator then became very rude and accused me of bad manners for not cancelling sooner. Because we were now over an hour late we did miss our scheduled train to London. I will not be using this service again.

    Rang to book and didn’t even have to give my address, even though it’s more than a year since last called. That’s what I call efficient. Both drivers, there and back, most pleasant and vehicles very clean inside and out.

    After waiting over an hour when told 20 mins, they cancelled my trip without any text or phone call to let us know. Only found out from continuously checking the tracking. When ringing, there was no understanding - was told they cancelled as didn’t want us waiting all night but didn’t let us know that so we would have been waiting all night which made no sense? Then they hung up on us due to our complaints.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID When booking for 5am pickup to meet holiday coach in Liverpool Town centre 2 days later, assured cabs available locally at that hour with call from driver before pickup. At 4.55am became concerned and rang office to be informed no cabs available they are all at airport (what) Couldn't believe not informed earlier. Wish I'd read reviews before booking.     Used to think this was the best company aboot. Bit tje last few weeks have really changed my mind. From my 12 year old son having to wait in the rain for almost an hour to pr bookin for work an still no response. Defo need tae change ma taxi company

    BEWARE!! I ordered a cab to pick me up from Station and driver rang me 1 minute early he was really angry and demanding to know where I was as he had been there ten minutes ( his fault not mine )! I explained I would be there in 2 minutes and I had booked the cab for specific time as I had an important appointment booked Driver drove off before I arrived! I rang Blueline they spoke to him and he said he had booked me another cab.. this did not arrive either! I went to taxi office in Maghull and again there was met with confrontation! I rang complaints and the lady I spoke to was lovely and had spoken to her manager and confirmed they had received complaints about the original driver before , I was informed that they would remove the angry driver from My address . I rang to book a taxi today and and I had been removed from their taxi list and I could not book any further taxis !!!! Keep away use Delta is my advice !
