   Pre booked a taxi for New Year’s Eve over 2 weeks in advance. Agreed a price of £18 for a 5 minute journey. Car didn’t turn up, tried to blame our signal and said they’ve been and gone, but we had 5g the whole time and still no text has come through a day later. Then said couldn’t honour the price and its a minimum of £30 and we would have to wait at least half an hour

   Made a right mess of our booking. Got the wrong pick up address. The wrong drop of address. If we hadn't been on the ball then we would never have found our return taxi. Odd pricing too .... £15 to get there and £18 to come back... both journeys before 8pm.

   Absolutely unreliable. Maiden voyage with them disastrous. 25 mins late meant I missed my train to London. Use at your peril, or if you’re relaxed about your journey.

   I hosted a Wedding outside Malpas and need many cars to move guests from accommodation to the wedding and back again. I called several times to make amendments, additions and enquiries and the service was great. I was able to arrange most cars in advance, pay for some of them in advance. Really helpful staff, great service

   Booked to be picked up from airport, lady on the phone got the wrong day. Had to wait 1 hour an 30 mins in airport to be picked up. Got told a manager would contact me still waiting 4 weeks later . Driver was very nice but poor customer service also got told one price on Facebook then another on the phone. Will never use this company again ..

   Happily took a booking from a local destination and then charged £12 for less than 2 miles. Maybe worth stating on the phone if you’re based elsewhere and wish to charge from that office. Shocking.
